Refund and Returns Policy

At XZOMES, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your and our expectations. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns or Refunds
Because of the nature of our products and our streamlined order process, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections. Please ensure that all product selections and order details are correct before completing your purchase. (you can order the correct item tho if the incorrect one was ordered)

Incorrect of Faulty Items 
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item or a product that is faulty we want to make it right. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order, providing your order number and a clear description of the issue (including photos).

Here’s what we’ll do:

  • If the correct item is in stock, we will promptly ship a replacement at no additional cost.

  • If the correct item is out of stock, we’ll issue you a full refund to your original payment method.

Conditions for Replacement or Refund
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the conditions below must be met:

  • The issue must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase and relevant evidence (such as photos of the incorrect or faulty item) must be provided.
